has extensive experience planning events for both large
and small groups. We have worked with convention centers,
hotels, exhibition halls and resorts - all over the
country.
Our research usually begins by asking clients if
there is something happening in the business that
requires the destination to be held in a certain part
of the country or the world. We then determine the
features and/or components of the program that are
most critical to its success, including logistical
feasibility and cost. We consider destination infrastructure
which includes airline service, comparable hotels,
ground transportation, Convention and Visitors Bureau's,
unions, and caterers.
Site inspections will include a thorough walk through
of the venue and the city. Sharbury has designed its
own "inspection checklist" so nothing is
overlooked.
